They don’t lie when they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Take the time to eat a well-balanced meal before you head out the door. Breakfast provides:

3. Organize, Organize, Organize

Make a list of what needs to get done. When you finish that task, check it off! This helps reduce the stress of remembering what needed to get done and minimizes the risk of forgetting what you needed to do.

4. Give Yourself a Break

Everyone deserves a break! Do NOT over-work yourself. Take time throughout your day to step away from your work and refocus. You’ll come back energized and ready for more.

5. Breathe
